The Alerta Air Mattress Evacuation Sheet is designed to be permanently positioned beneath an alternating air mattress, serving as a reliable means of transporting individuals to safety during evacuations. Compatible with both Overlay and Replacement air mattress systems, it ensures versatile functionality.

During evacuations, this sheet transforms the entire mattress into an evacuation sledge, facilitating controlled movement through doorways and downstairs with its flexible and slippery underside.

Featuring a foot protector sheet for enhanced user security, convenient access slots for CPR and air tubes to preserve air mattress functionality, and soft materials for uninterrupted pressure relief during normal use, this device prioritizes user comfort and safety.

Evacuation involves placing the foot protector sheet over the user's feet or lower legs, securing them with chest and leg straps while keeping their arms free, disconnecting the air tubes from the pump and applying the transport cap, and then utilizing two individuals for evacuation: one pulling from the foot end and one guiding from the head end.
