I have no hesitation in recommending AAL. They were very helpful in providing advice on the products we needed and were very prompt to deliver the items to us. All in all, excellent Service.

AAL were absolutely brilliant. My daughter's shower sling ripped, so I was desperate to get a replacement, so I rang AAL told them what had happened, they bent over backwards to help us, they contacted the manufacturers and told them our story and our desperation, they were doing a stock take, but despite that, they sent it to me WITHIN 48 hours, it was here.....perfect service. I am so very grateful to AAL and Joerns for their help. Now plan to buy 2 more shower slings as spares....just in case......

Excellent service, needed equipment quickly, AAL were on the case and have arranged for us to have delivery when we need it, I initially rang and spoke to a lady, when I rang an hour later her colleague knew who I was and all about my problems, all dealt with very promptly and professionally.
