The Etac Relieve Angled Table Knife is available in two sizes; Normal-sized hands, small hands or children's hands. The angle of the knife helps keep the wrist straight and the oval shape makes a stable grip. The handle has a curve so the thumb can be in a comfortable position for however long the knife is being used for. The blade of the knife is lower than the handle so the risk of the hand coming in contact with the food is minimized. The blade is also very sharp so it is easier to cut the food.
