Cromptons Healthcare by MIP Slide Sheets are constructed from Transtex, a specially developed silicone-coated fabric on both sides, offering a low-friction surface for efficient patient movement and turning.

Patient Specific Slide Sheets:

• Colour: Red, for clear identification.
• Design: Lightweight and intended for single-patient use throughout their hospital stay. Disposed of once no longer required.
• Care: Not suitable for laundering. Lightly soiled sheets can be wiped clean using a dilute chlorine-based solution or a high-quality sterilization fluid.

Usage Guidelines:

• Slide sheets are not designed for lifting; all patient maneuvers should be conducted without lifting.

Tubular Slide Sheets:

• Construction: Fabric is sewn into a continuous tube, featuring a double-sewn low-profile seam for enhanced durability and reduced risk of tissue viability issues.
• Convenience: Equipped with a web hanging loop, allowing the slide sheet to stay with the patient at all times.

• Full body-length sheets without handles.
• Used in pairs (placed back-to-back) for multi-directional movement or as a single sheet folded in half.
