Damaged or Incorrect Items - YOU NEED TO INFORM US IMMEDIATELY!
If you have just received damaged or wrong items, report it immediately. We need to inform the courier within a 24-hour window.

Our Returns Promise
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item. For Christmas gifts delivered in December, this extends to 60 days.
We comply with UK consumer laws, including your right to return faulty or misdescribed items.
How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
Log in to your account and initiate a return.
Conditions for Returns
- Product Condition: Items must be unused and in a resalable condition, preferably in their original packaging.
- Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Can only be returned if unopened and unused, unless faulty or misdescribed.
- Return Request Timeline: Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. You then have 30 more days to return it.
Returning Item(s)
Pack items securely and use a tracked delivery service. For high-value returns, ensure the courier covers the item’s value.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. Reductions in the Refund amount may apply if the item is used beyond acceptable limits.
Exchanges
Two options:
- Buy the new item immediately and return the unsuitable one for a refund.
- Wait for the return to be processed, then we’ll send the replacement.
Costs to Return an Item
If the product is unsuitable or no longer required, you are responsible for the return costs of each item.
