Below, you’ll find all the details about exchanging or returning a product and how we’ve made the process straightforward and fair for everyone.
Damaged or Incorrect Items - YOU NEED TO INFORM US IMMEDIATELY!
If you have just received damaged or wrong items, report it immediately. We need to inform the courier within a 24-hour window.
Our Returns Promise
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item. For Christmas gifts delivered in December, the return period extends to 60 days.
We comply with UK consumer laws, including your right to return faulty or misdescribed items.
Made-to-order items
We do not accept returns or cancellations on custom, made‑to‑order items. Each piece is created specifically for you, and production begins as soon as your order is placed. Because of this personalised process, we’re unable to resell or repurpose these items. Please review all details carefully before ordering to ensure everything is exactly as you’d like.

Making Your Return Easy & Fair
We want you to love your purchase! To keep things fair for everyone and maintain the highest hygiene standards, we just have a few simple guidelines for returns:
Product Condition: Please keep items unused and in a condition where they can find a new home. While we’d love for you to keep the original packaging, we mostly just ask that the item is resalable.
Feel Free to Inspect: Think of it like being in a shop—you’re more than welcome to take a look and handle the product. If an item is used beyond a basic inspection, or if the packaging is heavily damaged, we may need to reduce your refund slightly to account for the loss in value.
Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For the health and safety of all our customers, certain items (like bed pads, cushions, bath lifts, and mattresses) can only be returned if they are unopened and unused. Of course, if the item is faulty or wasn't what you expected based on our description, we’ll make it right regardless.
Timing is Key:
Day 1–30: Just let us know within 30 days of delivery if you’d like a return or exchange.
Day 31–60: Once you’ve notified us, you have another 30 days to pop it in the mail back to us.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. Reductions in the Refund amount may apply if the item is used beyond acceptable limits.
Exchanges
Two options:
- Buy the new item immediately and return the unsuitable one for a refund.
- Wait for the return to be processed, then we’ll send the replacement.
Costs to Return an Item
If the product is unsuitable or no longer required, you are responsible for the return costs of each item.
Common Questions
Can you collect a return from me?
We can arrange a collection and deduct the cost from your refund. Costs vary by size and location.
Can I return a used item?
Only if it’s faulty and meets our Warranty & Faulty Goods Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Typically, within 7 business days after inspection.
