MIP Swift® In-Bed Repositioning System
The MIP Swift® In-Bed Repositioning System is a premium solution designed to reduce the physical effort required during patient turning, boosting, and lateral transfers, while enhancing patient dignity and comfort. Developed with both the caregiver and the patient in mind, the system utilises two key components: the Swift® Slider and the UltraSlide® Bottom Sheet.
Swift® Slider
This friction-reducing repositioning sheet features a low-friction taffeta backing that significantly reduces shear forces and friction. It's ideal for regular repositioning tasks and is available in:
- Standard Length – for repositioning from shoulders to hips
- Long Length – extends from head to toe for full-body repositioning
- Slider with Handles – integrated reinforced handles allow for secure, controlled repositioning or hoist-assisted transfers
UltraSlide® Bottom Sheet
Designed to work in unison with the Swift® Slider, the UltraSlide® is a fitted sheet that incorporates a central low-friction panel made of breathable taffeta. The surrounding fabric is MIP’s signature SleepKnit® material, providing a secure fit around most mattress types, including alternating air and profiling beds.
