The Ablestand Patient Turner is an efficient, carer-assisted standing transfer aid designed to support service users during short-distance transfers such as seat-to-seat, wheelchair-to-toilet, or bed-to-chair. This stable and user-friendly device encourages active participation from the user while significantly reducing manual handling for the caregiver.

With a robust steel frame and soft padded lower leg supports, the Ablestand offers comfort and security during use. The height-adjustable central handle provides multiple grip positions for both users and carers, promoting the natural “nose-over-toes” standing motion. A low-profile base with wide support ensures stability and ease of foot placement.

The Ablestand is tool-free to dismantle and reassemble, making it highly portable for transportation or storage. It is also fitted with two rear castors for easy manoeuvring and features easy-clean surfaces for care environments.
