Featuring a gas-assisted tilt-in-space mechanism, the Integra Shell Chair gently tilts from -3° to +28°, helping users transition safely from sitting to standing with minimal effort. The forward tilt function promotes greater independence while reducing the physical demands placed on caregivers during transfers.

For users requiring prolonged seating, the chair offers a supportive reclined position that helps maintain comfort throughout the day. Its ergonomically designed shell seat provides excellent postural support, while the adjustable positioning helps improve pressure distribution and promotes a more comfortable sitting experience.

The angle-adjustable leg rest automatically retracts beneath the seat as the chair tilts forward, allowing users to stand more naturally without obstruction. An ergonomically shaped headrest attaches securely with Velcro, making it simple to adjust for individual comfort and support. A lap belt is fitted as standard to provide additional security during use.

Caregivers benefit from intuitive controls, with an ergonomically designed push handle and hand-operated lever allowing effortless adjustments to the chair's position. The open frame design also provides excellent hoist access, supporting safe moving and handling procedures where patient lifting equipment is required.

Finished with durable brown leather-style upholstery on the exterior and breathable Dartex® two-way stretch fabric across the seating surfaces, the Integra Shell Chair is easy to clean while providing a comfortable, moisture-permeable seating environment suitable for everyday clinical use.
