This model does not come standard with a trolley or spreader bar. You will need to choose from a 2-point or 4-point spreader bar depending on patient comfort needs. The 4-point spreader bar offers a more natural seated lift, whereas the 2-point version is a more affordable option but may lift the knees towards the chest.
