Its innovative features, such as the contoured thick soft foam layer preventing IT and trochanter contacts, and the PLA shape with a close wall to prevent fluid migration, set it apart. The fluid pad's new design and the dual cover system enhance both skin protection and comfort. The PLA design, rooted in anthropometric measures, ensures maximum stability and precise positioning. Additionally, the inner cover allows for the integration of positioning elements to cater to the user's specific needs.

The Balance features a multi-layered, contoured foam base made from closed cell foam. Its femoral transition and rear wall prevent fluid migration while supporting the trochanters and posterior pelvis.

Choose between JAY Flow Fluid™ or ROHO Dry Floatation™ Air Inserts for the central piece of the cushion. These inserts envelop prominent bony areas, distributing pressure and maintaining skin integrity. The option to include positioning components allows proper alignment for various clinical applications, promoting orthopedic alignment and accommodating changing user needs.

The cushion's dual-cover system is truly innovative. The water-resistant, easy-to-clean inner cover, with an Aqua-guard zipper and anti-wicking thread, ensures the foam base stays dry. The outer cover dissipates heat and moisture, enhancing skin protection. Optionally, choose from outer stretch or incontinent covers, with the stretch feature allowing for positioning elements without surface tension and reducing the risk of skin breakdown. All covers are machine washable at 60°C, ensuring easy maintenance. Options include Microclimatic, Incontinence, and Stretch covers.
